Tai Chi with Jane
Tai Chi allows you time to enjoy an hour to yourself, just to breathe and be calm.
Shibashi Tai Chi is a set of 18 gentle moves which are linked with your breath so they flow from one to another. They can be done either seated or standing (so there's no getting on and off the floor). The movements are designed to help lubricate the joints, help boost the immune system, improve muscle strength, as well as relieve stress and anxiety, which can help you get a better night's sleep. Beginners welcome.
