Manjula is an experienced teacher offering regular classes at Roadwater.
Yoga is a wonderful way to improve flexibility, strength and balance. It also helps to reduce stress and anxiety, calm the mind and boost mood. The classes weave together movement, meditation and breathwork and can be tailored to suit the needs of each student. Beginners always welcome!
Yoga For Healthy Lower Backs with Manjula
Manjula offers a 12-week evidence-based programme specifically designed to manage and improve chronic or intermittent lower back pain. It’s an enjoyable, gentle, effective, beginner friendly course based on a study conducted by the University of York, funded by Arthritis UK. Please contact her for more information.
Yogalates with Manjula
This is a gentle class that combines Yoga and Pilates style stretches and movements to help improve flexibility, strength and balance. The class is low impact, kind on joints and suitable for all abilities. Beginners always welcome!
